Pricing questions
The questions worth asking before you pay.
Will I really not be charged during the trial?
Correct. We collect your card at signup so we can keep your plan active if you continue, but no charge happens before day 14. Cancel any time before then and you pay zero.
Can I cancel any time after the trial?
Yes. Cancel in your account settings. No phone call, no retention agent. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Do you offer family or couple discounts?
One subscription covers both spouses. There is no per-seat charge.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express, processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number on our servers.
Will the price ever go up?
If we raise prices in the future, your existing plan stays at the rate you signed up at, for as long as you keep it active.
Can I export my plan before I cancel?
Yes. PDF export is always available while your subscription is active. Export anytime you like, including right up to your cancellation date. After you cancel we keep your plan data so you can return and pick up where you left off, and you can permanently delete it any time from Settings. Export first if you want to keep a copy of your numbers.
Everything in TruePath, in one transparent price.
We will never ask you to upgrade for the "good features." We will never sell you a financial product. We charge a flat monthly fee, and that is it.
